John has almost 30 years experience in security related roles. He started his commercial career as a retail security officer for Sabrewatch before being promoted to Contract Manager and then Regional Operations Manager. He joined Oltec Group in 2005 and is now our most senior account director with particular expertise in the shopping centre sector.

Responsible for the Group I.T. infrastructure, working extensively on the development of management and operational software products developed by Oltec Group, for both in-house and client based access. Ian has over 20 years experience within the security industry, his previous experience includes securing high profile service sector sites and government high security locations.

Mark joined Oltec Group in 2011. He is an experienced senior police manager with consistent achievement managing major criminal investigations, including murders and police corruption. Also accomplished in business planning, best value, performance management, operational planning (including Major Sporting Events) and partnership working with local authorities and initiatives to design out crime. Mark joined us with 4 years commercial experience, managing major accounts, ensuring service delivery against KPI’s and solution sales in the public sector.

Joining the Oltec Group in 2006, David; previously a National Account manager, is now currently responsible for all retail accounts within the business, managing  all aspects of the retail operation, including growth. Ensuring a smooth service delivery and an effective end product. Enjoying 14 years in the security industry, having experience of working with numerous blue chip commercial and retail clientele over the years.

Tony enjoyed a very successful career within the Greater Manchester Police before joining Tesco Stores as a Regional Security Manager.During 2008 Tony entered the Soft Services Sector and was responsible for managing major assignments throughout the northwest and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service standards.
